Reconnect with Yourself and the Relationships That Matter Most
Compassionate, relational therapy for
adults and couples throughout California
Welcome
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about the services I provide as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to acknowledge that something in your life may not be going the way you hoped—and to take the first step toward change.
At times, we can feel stuck in patterns of disconnection, stress, or conflict that make it difficult to move forward. Therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and better understand what may be getting in the way.
Whether you are navigating personal challenges, relationship struggles, or simply feeling overwhelmed, therapy can provide an opportunity to explore the experiences underneath the surface—such as hurt, fear, or uncertainty—in order to create new pathways toward growth and connection.
My goal is to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is an essential part of the healing process. When you feel seen, heard, and understood, meaningful change becomes possible.

ABOUT ME
I have a very natural approach to providing therapy and am simply here to help you navigate through whatever challenges may be in your way. I believe in providing a very authentic experience where you can feel safe and open to the idea of self-discovery and awareness. I would describe my clinical services to be more of an eclectic approach in which I utilize techniques from a variety of practices and theoretical orientation.
Prior to being in private practice, I worked in community based mental health for 22 years. As of 2017, I decided to focus solely on the private practice sector in order to create a more balanced lifestyle. Please review my “services” page/tab to obtain an idea of the life issues I tend to work with. Lastly, I practice “head to toe” therapy in that, I take into consideration physical and developmental health as it relates and/or contributes to mental health issues.
I completed both my undergraduate and graduate studies at California State University Northridge. In 2009, I received my license as a Marriage and Family therapist from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. I believe knowledge is power, and with that, I continue to read suggested books; listen to relevant podcasts and attend conferences/workshops to continue learning about our evolutionary field.
Therapy can be an incredibly empowering experience, and my hope is that you would also feel the same way once you decide to take the journey towards self-care, awareness and living the life you want to live.
